Netorare Kokuou no Douteiryoku wa Kudakenai

On the night Queen Mina is cuckolded in front of King Isaac, Mina suddenly stabs Isaac to death. Isaac flees for his life with another woman, but Mina, driven by jealousy, pursues him with a sword in her hand. Mina's lover also sends an assassin after Isaac. Cornered, Isaac jumps into a mansion where the dead are gushing out, and there he learns of the fate surrounding Mina. In order to save Mina, Isaac meets her face-to-face for the first time.
