Cutting the Ties

The next day. Sunday is over, and it’s Monday. The first day of the week.

With dark circles under his eyes, Sou goes to school.

He really wanted to take a day off and not go to school.

Because.

“Good morning! Amane-kun!!”

This is because Seira, the cheating woman, is in the same class.

Smiling and cheerful, Seira greets him in the morning. With exactly the same attitude as before. She doesn’t seem to feel guilty at all. She acts completely normal.

(What is it? Why are you so happy? Do you feel good after having s🬀x with a handsome guy?)

In his mind, Sou curses. But in order to keep his disgust from surfacing, he tenses his facial muscles.

“Good morning….”

He greets her as usual so as not to make her feel uncomfortable. In fact, he really wants to go berserk here. But this is a classroom. Besides, Seira is much higher in the school’s caste system.

If he gets angry with Seira here, he might turn many of her classmates against him. He might lose his place in the class.

This is the cruel reality of being an introvert.

“What are those dark circles around your eyes? Did you not sleep well last night? Are you okay?”

Seira points to the area under Sou’s eyes. She must have noticed the prominent dark circles on his face.

(Who do you think is to blame? It’s your fault! It’s because you switched to Ishii, the most handsome boy in the class!!!)

Sou is furious inside. His body heats up with rage. If he lets his guard down even a little, his face will turn bright red. His anger has reached such a boiling point.

But his anger only lasted for a moment. He soon felt depressed and empty.

She had left him behind and switched to Ishii. Seira had probably given her body to Ishii.

When he realized this, his anger immediately cooled down. A cold, empty feeling dominated his heart. He couldn’t calm down.

“What’s wrong~? You don’t feel well~? Hey~~”

Ignoring Sou’s feelings, Seira waved her hands from side to side in front of his face as if to get his attention. If a normal person received this, it would be annoying.

But Sou wasn’t annoyed. He subconsciously ignored it. He couldn’t handle it in his current state of mind.

“Hey, you!! Don’t do anything unnecessary.”

Suddenly, a girl appeared from the door at the back of the classroom and warned Seira. The girl’s voice was dignified. Her posture was balanced, and her demeanor was regal.

The girl has long silver hair and pale blue eyes. She has milky, shiny skin, like a foreigner. She also has thick, plump lips that are unusual for a Japanese person.

“Eh, what? Suddenly appears.”

Seira shows her displeasure. It is a natural reaction. The girl came out of nowhere.

“Shut up! Don’t open your damn mouth!”

However, the girl who appeared is completely unfazed and stares back at Seira. She gives her a disdainful look as if she were looking at trash.

“Hey! Is she the girl who often hangs out with Ishii, the handsome guy in our grade?”

“Ah yeah. She’s one of the pretty girls who’s friends with that Ishii-kun.”

“The only girls who hung out with Ishii-kun were pretty girls, right?”

The class becomes noisy.

It seems that the girl who suddenly appeared is quite well known. From the reactions of her classmates, Seira also realizes the identity of the person who is hostile towards her.

Sou had seen her a few times at school. But he didn’t know her name.

“Don’t make a fuss, everyone. But there’s something I need to tell you all.”

She clears her throat. She seems ready.

“I am no longer friends with Ishii Kazuhisa. I have just cut all ties with him.”

She makes a shocking statement. It was too abrupt a statement. Of course, the words are heard in the whole classroom. It must have hit the eardrums of most of the students.

Everyone in the class is shocked. Everyone’s eyes were wide open, and they were stunned.

The students’ loud voices echoed throughout the classroom.
